Statutory auditors

The statutory auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the transparency and reliability of a company's financial information. Indeed, the statutory auditor issues an opinion on the company's annual financial statements, reinforcing the confidence of shareholders, business partners and regulatory authorities in the company's financial health. Certification of accounts by a statutory auditor is often required by law, and helps to ensure compliance with current accounting and financial standards.

As the company's partner, and much more than mere controllers, our ambition is to guarantee reliable and accurate financial information. This is achieved through our presence in the field, our responsiveness and our knowledge of accounting issues.

In our role as statutory auditors, we issue an opinion on the annual financial statements drawn up by companies through a report presented at the Annual General Meeting.
